When we have high traffic releases order confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.

Please contact us using the Contact Form of our home page to initiate an Order Cancellation or a return shipment. Please note that not all orders made can be cancelled. Make sure to include your order number and the product code you wish to return. We do not handle returns or refunds.

Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to pick up their web orders from our stores. Unless you live in Thessaloniki(GR).
